The Radiadores Ordóñez Complaints Channel is a tool that allows both employees and third parties to alert the Entity about acts of fraud, corruption, harassment or other improper actions that occur in it by its staff and managers, without prejudice, in your case, of the criminal or labor consequences that may arise.

It is a safe and confidential means that allows, when considered so, anonymous complaints; complaints whose verisimilitude will be analyzed, leading to the opening of the corresponding investigation procedures if there are sufficient elements or indications.

The Complaints Channel is not:

  • To provide suggestions, proposals or other types of considerations.
  • To generate unfounded or false situations of conflict, since evidence of the behaviors or facts that are reported will be requested.
